We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven record of managing complex technical programs in tactical and expeditionary communications environments. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact efforts alongside a team of dedicated professionals supporting defense, intelligence, and mission critical operations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

• Lead, coordinate and manage the lifecycle of technical programs, ensuring delivery of mission-critical solutions on time and within scope. 
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, customers and executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, balancing mission objectives with technical feasibility. 
• Leverage past leadership experience to mentor team members, instill structure and foster a high-performance culture. 
• Work across multidisciplinary teams to support the design and deployment of tactical communication systems in austere and expeditionary environments. 
• Provide briefings and updates to senior stakeholders and government partners with clarity and precision. 
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring mission continuity and program resiliency. 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• At least 20 years of total experience, including leadership in tactical and expeditionary communications environments. 
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-phase technical programs. 
• Strong understanding of tactical networks and C5ISR systems in operational settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills wit the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. 
• Comfortable stepping outside of the technical domain to manage logistics, personnel, and cross-functional coordination.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience supporting DoD, IC or other federal mission partners. 
• PMP, Agile, or similar program/project management certifications. 
• Experience with deployable networks, SATCOM, radio systems, or tactical edge infrastructure. 

Salary Range: 
$200,000-250,000
This salary range is an hourly exempt (exempt from overtime) position. Benefits are provided in addition to this salary range.
